Final Acceptance of Goods We believe in transparency and customer satisfaction. Therefore, we require all customers to inspect their goods thoroughly upon delivery or collection. Please be aware of the following conditions regarding claims:

• Signing for Delivery: Once goods have been delivered and signed for by the customer, Royal Tent will no longer entertain any claims regarding the condition or quality of the items.

• Shortage Prevention: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all components are present at the time of delivery. Royal Tent will not be held responsible for any shortages once the delivery note has been checked and signed off.

• No-Claim Period: Your signature on the delivery note serves as final confirmation that the product meets your expectations and is free of visible defects.
